Abdomenul bine tonifiat ajuta foarte mult corpul sa mentina o pozitie dreapta si sa execute mai usor miscarile.   In cele 15 minute de antrenament pentru abdomen vei lucra atat cardio pentru eliminarea tesutului adipos cat si exercitii de tonifiere. In doar 15 minute faci un antrenament complex, pentru un abdomen plat.  Antrenamentul este disponibil doar pentru abonati.
