Numarul de repetari si succesiunea exercitiilor au fost gandite astfel incat sa beneficiezi de un antrenament cat se poate de sanatos. In doar 15 minute de antrenament cu scaun vei iti vei antrena musculatura si vei primi o stare de bine usor de sesizat. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h2>Avantajele acestor exercitii cu scaun<\/h2>\n<p>Principalul avantaj al exercitiilor pe scaun este ca ai stabilitate atunci cand lucrezi exercitii de\u00a0echilibru. Cu ajutorul scaunului poti sa exercuti exercitiile clasice in mod diferit de antrenamentele uzuale, ceea ce contribuie suplimentar la tonifierea musculara. Desprinderea ambelor picioare de pe sol solicita intens abdomenul inferior si il antreneaza eficient.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste exercitii cu scaun sunt excelente si pentru persoanele cu probleme de echilibru. Aseaza scaunul pe o mocheta sau o suprafata care nu aluneca. Alunecarea scaunului poate duce la accidentari.
